I have never thought learning shouldn’t be fun. In fact, I think if learning ISN’T fun, it’s not actually working! That is, kids who aren’t engaged and enjoying their classroom experience probably aren’t learning much. (Or at least aren’t learning what you wish they were.)

These 2 websites have been great resources for me as I look for fun but educational ideas.

Pre-K Pages has lots of great printable and center time ideas for math and literacy activities. It also includes a helpful blog, with honest reviews and project ideas. Check it out for everything from setting up your classroom to themes, books and activities.

Making Learning Fun offers activities, themes, and books as well. It has many file folder type games to print for free … and who doesn’t need a few freebies in this business? 🙂
