Wednesday last week was one of those days where you want to go home, go back to bed and start over. (I sometime think if we could get a free restarts in life it would be great. Then again, maybe not – it might end up being a rewind of what just happened. 😦 )

If you’ve ever done marble painting with little ones, you know how messy it can be. I used to do it anyway, because it was so fun. But, oh boy. 
At the beginning of my teaching career, I was truly Master of the Marble Mess. I used box lids for paint trays and ended up with paint on the tables, chairs, myself, the kids and the wall-to-wall carpet. (That’s another story!) Continue Reading
Well, we are back to it again after a week of Spring Break. I loved my time away but boy, I missed those little faces! 🙂
This week we are talking about Easter … which is still going on. (The Easter season lasts till Pentecost.) We use Easter pictures on our Smart Board (here below with our leader of the week), and Easter themes in literacy and math.
We talk about how much we love our plastic eggs and bunnies, hula hoops and bouncy balls. Easter baskets are a highlight of the year! But we also say we mustn’t forget about Jesus! Continue Reading
