Last week was a wet one. We had been inside for 3 days, and if you teach young kids, you know what that means!! To put it lightly, the students had a lot of energy. 🙂

We were playing at the Game Centers when 2 students asked to be able to play with ALL the stuffed animals at the same time. (I rotate them according to themes and time of year.)

I said sure, and pulled all the stuffed animals out of the storage closet. I thought it would give the students something different to play with.

The whole class had a great time! Some animals became “students,” lined up and ready to learn lessons. Some animals got dressed up for parties. Some animals “buried” some real students. We had a fun time – and burned a lot of energy – on a rainy day!!!
