Happy (belated) St. Patrick’s Day!
We had a low-key celebration this year so we could go to Mass with a little less excitement than a full-on party would produce.
We wore green, of course, and enjoyed a few activities, as you can see. 🙂
We also shared the story of St. Patrick teaching about the Trinity using a shamrock, and enjoyed discovering that we pray to the Trinity every time we make the sign of the cross!
Then we made shamrocks. Each leaf held a picture to illustrate part of the Trinity: the top had a heart for God, and the sides had pictures of a cross for Jesus, and a dove for the Holy Spirit.
It was a fun – and blessed – day! ❤
