We began, as so many schools today, with Unpack your Backpack night.
Students and their families could meet their teachers, see their new classrooms, unpack their supplies, and – in our case – enjoy a fun hot dog dinner.

To prepare myself – and my students-to-be! – for the fall semester, I am making a colorful knot rosary for each child.
